About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and skilled bartender to mix a wide variety of drinks. The ideal candidate should be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with customers. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink pairings, and alcohol regulations is important. Demonstrates openness to feedback and direction, with the ability to adapt and improve based on guidance. Prior bartending experience, particularly in a casino or similar setting, is preferred.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to standard recipes
Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes or customer preferences
Experience with cash registers, POS systems, and managing tabs
Keep the bar area clean and organized, restock supplies as needed
Ability to thrive in a demanding casino environment
Capability to handle high-volume and stressful situations with composure
Excellent communication skills for providing exceptional guest service
Minimum of 18 months of related experience required
Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Nice To Haves

Prior bartending experience, particularly in a casino or similar setting, is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests warmly while ensuring prompt and accurate beverage service.
Know the selection of beverages and mix drinks according to standard recipes.
Keep the bar clean and well-stocked with ice.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions with precision.
Never serve two drinks simultaneously to one person.
Stay vigilant for signs of intoxication, following care training guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
