If you have a passion for mixology, Exceptional Guest Service skills, and experience working in a fast-paced bar environment, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience required (full-service preferred)
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail techniques, and bar equipment
• Excellent Guest Service, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• TIPS certification or equivalent is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
• Provide Exceptional Guest Service to bar guests, ensuring a memorable experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service
• Upsell and recommend drink specials, menu items, and promotions
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist with opening and closing the bar as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
