Requirements

Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
Team-driven focus with the natural ability to motivate yourself and those around you
Proven ability to communicate effectively
Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods
Flexibility in schedule, must be available on weekends and nights
Relevant State required certifications

Responsibilities

Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and a top-tier service mindset
Prepare and serve beverages to Funlab standards with speed, accuracy, and flair
Serve food and drinks throughout the venue, including bars and event spaces
Drive sales on every shift through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement
Understand daily goals and challenges, working with the team to succeed
Take pride in the venue, ensuring it is well-stocked and ready to impress
Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe
Go above and beyond and anticipate guest needs
