The ideal candidate will be skilled in mixology, attentive to member needs, and committed to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required (country club or fine dining preferred)
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service
- Take food and beverage orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and club policies
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
