About The Position
The Galley & The Adelphia Music Hall are looking for energetic, outgoing Bartenders to join their team in Historic Marietta. This is a busy restaurant and live entertainment venue, offering a high-energy environment surrounded by great people, live music, events, and guests. The role is ideal for college students, young professionals, or hospitality pros looking for a fun place to work.

Nice To Haves
- Bartending experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
- Serving, hospitality, customer service, or previous restaurant experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and fun experience for every guest
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take drink orders and provide fast, friendly service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and tabs
- Follow all alcohol-service and safety requirements
- Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Provide excellent customer service during busy shifts
- Help keep the bar and dining areas clean and organized
- Work efficiently during live music, special events, and high-volume nights
- Represent The Galley & The Adelphia with a positive and professional attitude
