Bartender Experience Curator
About The Position
AC Hotel Palo Alto is seeking Bartenders who take pride in craft, connection, and service. As a Bartender, you will curate exceptional cocktail and beverage experiences with precision and creativity, welcome guests warmly, and prepare classic and contemporary cocktails with expert technique and consistency. You will deliver outstanding service while managing the bar and assisting guests in both bar and dining spaces, maintain a polished, well-stocked bar, and engage with guests to create a personalized experience. Collaboration with front and back of house teams and adherence to safety, sanitation, and responsible service protocols are also key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
- Passion for guest service and creating moments of connection
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Current and valid license to serve alcohol in California (required)
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior bartending or hospitality experience in upscale or luxury environments
