About The Position

Sell, serve and make drinks in a professional and friendly manner. This role requires the ability to multi-task, possess cocktail knowledge (both modern and classic), and have beer and wine knowledge. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to handle large volumes of guests, and must be available to work weekends. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, checking guest identification, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Must be able to multi-task.
Cocktail knowledge both modern and classic.
Beer and wine knowledge.
2 years of bartending experience.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be over 21 years of age.
Must be self-motivated.
Able to handle large volumes of guests.
Weekends are a must.

Responsibilities

Sell, serve and make alcoholic beverages.
Use a computer to ring orders on a check.
Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner.
Accept different types of payment and make change.
Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
Maintain cleanliness of bar area.
Check identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages and refuse service politely if necessary.
Observe guests' behavior, count drinks served, and offer taxi if a guest should not drive, involving a manager if needed.
Treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
Perform other duties as directed.
