Requirements

Previous alcohol beverage service preferred.
To be fluent in English and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
To possess the ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system, count money and make correct change.
Must be able to complete and be well versed in alcohol service training. Must maintain working knowledge of acceptable forms of identification. Demonstrates the ability to identify altered or false identification.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and always acknowledges guests, preferably by name.
Ensures beer, soda, liquor, glassware and paper products are appropriately stocked in the beginning and end of each shift; as well as when leaving for scheduled breaks.
Effectively makes cocktails according to PPC and/or guest specifications. Offers drinks suggestions/recommendations to guests when appropriate.
Consistently keeps bar area clean. Cleans top of bar and polishes stainless steel on a regular basis. Properly washes all bar dishes used during assigned shift, and leaves area clean before going on break and prior to shift end.
