Requirements

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be attentive to detail.
• Must be pleasant and friendly.
• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• To properly set up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift
• Approach and greet guests
• Take guests orders
• Order delivery for supplies needed to maintain the bar
• Service the bar
• Clean and clear service areas
• Ensure a uniform appearance
• Completes other duties as assigned by manager
• Ability to properly present, open, decant and serve wine and champagne
