The Bartender will be responsible for maintaining bar supplies, preparing requisitions, and ensuring complete familiarity with all liquors, drink recipes, prices, proper glassware, and garnishes. This role requires accurate cash handling, including proper discounting, MICROS system usage, bank procedures, and tip policies. The Bartender must anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests, and maintain positive guest relations. Resolving guest complaints to ensure satisfaction is also a key responsibility. Formal training regarding liquor liability is required within 30 days of employment and every two years thereafter.
