About The Position

Roth SocialHouse in Turlock, CA is looking to hire a part-time Bartender to prepare and serve beverages and food at our restaurant. Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Experience with drink mixing tools and techniques
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Easily establish a good rapport with people
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage time well and effectively prioritize tasks
• An eye for detail
• Ability to represent our company in a professional manner

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food
• Interact with guests in a friendly and natural way
• Sell drinks and menu items to customers at the bar, including any new beverages and specials
• Prioritize orders based on when they were received and which customers arrived first
• Take every opportunity to develop new cocktail recipes
• Request appropriate identification from individuals whom you haven't met before and who appear to be under the age of thirty
• Accurately process payments
• Keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean at all times
