This role involves preparing all beverages for guests and venue servers, actively taking orders, conducting full food and beverage service, and monitoring guests' bar/dining experience. The Bartender will interact with guests, team members, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality. This position requires a comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and basic familiarity with wine varietals and classic regions. The Bartender must also be able to work effectively as part of a team, handle a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional appearance.
