About The Position

The Bartender provides excellent, interactive, and educational service as well as helps customers engage with the brands through alcohol sales. The role involves maintaining the culture and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving products, providing excellent customer service with a customer-first attitude, and using good judgment, communication, and customer service when interacting with guests. The Bartender is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, focused, and productive environment daily, acting as a lead brand ambassador, conveying knowledge about the brand, and educating customers. Additionally, the role includes conducting cash handling and sales through the POS inventory system.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Must have bartender experience with all necessary bartender licensing if required by state law

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid certified
Hospitality experience
