About The Position

Shadow Wood Country Club, a Private Member Owned Golf Club in Estero, Florida, is seeking a Bartender for its upcoming season. The club recently completed a significant renovation and is a prestigious establishment with three golf courses, two clubhouses, and a vibrant social and dining scene. The vision of Shadow Wood Country Club is to provide a high-quality club experience through a friendly environment, relevant offerings, and care for staff and community. Requirements

• At least hold a high school diploma.
• Must have 3 years of bartending experience in a restaurant/club.
• Must possess good written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bartender certification and training preferred.
• Minimum level two intermediate Wine and Spirits a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons by taking orders from customers or servers, mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks, serving wine and draft or bottled beer.
• Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
• Arranges bottles and glasses to make an attractive display.
• Prepares fruit and other garnishes.
• Prepares and replaces bar snacks.
• Assists servers when needed on the floor to serve beverages, clear and buss tables when available.
• Enters food orders into the Point of Sale System to serve members at the bar and assist servers on the floor when the bar is not busy.
• Performs any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
