About The Position
As a Bartender at Crystal Bay Casino, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages while ensuring exceptional guest service. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and adhere to all safety and health regulations. This position requires you to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often during peak hours, to meet the demands of our diverse clientele. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall guest experience, encouraging repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth for our establishment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases of beverages.
- Ability to obtain the following licenses: Alcohol Awareness, Liquor Permit.
- Bartending skills will be utilized daily to craft drinks that meet guest expectations and enhance their experience.
- Working in a fast-paced environment will require you to manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- The ability to lift and carry heavy weights is necessary for handling supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations behind the bar.
- A groomed appearance and regular attendance are vital for maintaining the professional image of Crystal Bay Casino and providing a consistent experience for our guests.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in bartending or mixology.
- Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and disposing of waste properly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
