This role involves delivering top-notch service using Spare Time’s Steps of Service, mixing and serving beverages, and making menu recommendations. The bartender will also share excitement about events, attractions, and specials, run the bar efficiently while juggling multiple guests, and support the team by bussing tables, assisting with food prep, and keeping areas clean and stocked. Additionally, the role requires confident operation of the POS system, accurate handling of payments, completion of opening and closing duties and paperwork, and maintaining clean equipment and work areas in line with health and safety standards. A key responsibility is monitoring alcohol consumption and checking IDs consistently.
