About The Position
If mixing drinks is your jam and spreading good vibes is your game, then it's time to shine on our greens! This role involves welcoming guests, sharing knowledge of the menu, assisting with mobile ordering, and taking/delivering food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar, and golf guests. The position requires serving guests with outstanding attention to service to provide a memorable and fun experience, ensuring cleanliness of all areas, preparing drink garnishes, stocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management. Compliance with safety, sanitation, and liquor laws is essential. The role also includes handling transactions, managing outdoor furniture and yard games storage, collaborating with team members, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment required.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
- Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine.
- Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests.
- Serve guests in the restaurant and golf course areas with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable and fun experience.
- Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas and gaming areas.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, labeling prep items, receiving supplies, and notifying the manager of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances, and with all state liquor laws and regulations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing cash drawers.
- Responsible for proper outdoor furniture and yard games storage.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
