About The Position

Terreno is looking for friendly, energetic Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team! If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service, we’d love to have you join our team. As a Bartender, you’ll play an important role in creating an enjoyable dining and social experience for Terreno residents and their guests. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, providing knowledgeable and attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for throughout their visit.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Benefits

• $14 - $16 an hour depending on experience plus 20% gratuity
