Located right on the scenic shores of Lake Murray in Irmo, SC, Liberty on the Lake blends classic American flavors with a lake-life vibe. We're serving up scratch-made food, handcrafted cocktails, and stunning sunset views in a relaxed yet energetic space where locals and visitors feel right at home. As part of the Homegrown Hospitality Group—with 15+ locations across South Carolina—we’re more than just a restaurant family. We’re a crew of unique concepts fueled by heart, hustle, and Southern hospitality. We’re seeking a charismatic, service-focused Bartender to join our lakeside crew—someone who can mix knockout cocktails, connect with guests, and keep the bar buzzing with great energy.
Requirements
- 21+ and naturally hospitable
- Alcohol Safety Certified (or open to getting certified during training)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Great multitasking and people skills
- Love for cocktails, conversation, and creating memorable moments
Nice To Haves
- Bartending experience is awesome—but a killer attitude is key
Responsibilities
- Serve up tasty drinks with style and accuracy
- Keep guests smiling, relaxed, and coming back for more
- Mix and garnish drinks for bar patrons and the dining room
- Maintain your bar setup and breakdown like a pro
- Promote upcoming events with enthusiasm
- Process payments swiftly and correctly
- Support your teammates and keep the good vibes flowing
