Join the Team at Tennessee National Golf Club – Now Hiring Bartenders! Tennessee National Golf Club is seeking friendly, professional Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our members and guests. Located in Loudon, Tennessee—just minutes from Knoxville—Tennessee National is a premier gated lakefront community offering an exceptional lifestyle experience. In this role, you’ll prepare and serve beverages, provide attentive service, and help create an enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining the high standards our club is known for. Requirements
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Plan and present bar menu.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
