About The Position
Lou Lou's Tavern, located at The Refinery, is seeking dependable Bartenders to join their front-of-house team. The tavern offers a chef-driven menu with a focus on thoughtful preparation, consistent execution, and quality ingredients in an approachable setting. Inspired by The Refinery's historic train system, Lou Lou's is a welcoming tavern with large booths, a lively bar, outdoor seating, and a connection to live music culture. This role will operate in a high-energy environment with upcoming concerts and large-scale activations, where hospitality and momentum are key.
Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of restaurant / high volume bartending experience preferred
- Mixology & drink-design experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service
- Guide guests through menu and beverage selections
- Maintain full knowledge of food, drinks, and specials
- Keep a clean and organized section or workspace
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth service
