About The Position

We are looking for a professional and experienced Bartender who can work weekends, both during the day and evenings, from mid-July to mid-September. If you demonstrate the ability to prepare cocktails of quality and with efficiency, are highly organized and have a positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Requirements

One year of experience as a bartender.
Must be 21 years or older.
Knowledge of wine, liquor, and beer offerings
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, serving drinks and wine.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
Strong POS system abilities.

Nice To Haves

TIPS Bartending Certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcohol beverages with accuracy and speed.
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
Memorize signature cocktail recipes and prepare with consistent and accurate methods.
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Supply end of week order sheet to the Events Manager.
Stay focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
