About The Position

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Can speak and write in English and some basic Spanish.

Nice To Haves

Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification are preferred or must be obtained as required by California law.

Responsibilities

Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, including tropical and tiki-inspired beverages.
Follow house recipes and mix ingredients to maintain consistency and high quality.
Pour beer, wine, and spirits accurately and efficiently.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
Set up and break down the bar according to opening and closing procedures.
Restock garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed.
Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and engage in friendly conversation.
Provide menu recommendations and educate customers on signature drinks.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
