Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
• Knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and bar equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (if required by local regulations)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and enhance their dining experience
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
