About The Position

Mission Yogurt is seeking an experienced, driven, and hospitality-focused Bartender to join our team at Que Bueno Suerte @ DEN, opening soon at the Denver Airport! The Bartender prepares and serves quality beverages, provides excellent guest service, maintains a clean bar area, and follows all safety and alcohol service guidelines while supporting a positive team environment. This is an entry-level position, serving Wine and Beer only.

Requirements

• At least one year of Bartending experience.
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction.

• Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.
• Ensures all operating and quality standards are met.

• Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves quality beverages.
• Provides excellent guest service.
• Maintains a clean bar area.
• Follows all safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Supports a positive team environment.
• Makes alcoholic beverages using provided tools and equipment to ensure portioning, quality, and taste standards.
• Takes guests' drink orders at the dining room and/or bar counter and places them in the POS system.
• Delivers food and drink orders to customers.
• Keeps the bar counter or assigned working area clean and organized, including tables, chairs, trash cans, bar equipment, floors, and walls.
• Stocks all necessary products during and at the end of the shift.
• Offers excellent service to guests and ensures satisfaction with quality products and services.
• Maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Passes a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
