About The Position
As a Le Depot bartender, you'll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. Le Depot Brasserie is a 100 seat brasserie and bar located in the heart of Park City, Utah, an internationally renowned ski destination.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Excellent mixology and guest relation skills
- Advanced spirits knowledge with an intermediate knowledge of wines
- Utah Food Handers & Tips certification
Responsibilities
- Warmly great guests that sit at the bar and welcome them to the restaurant
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Learn and master Le Depot cocktail recipes
- Comply with all Utah DABC liquor laws & regulations
