About The Position

Bayside Resort Golf Club, a Troon property, is seeking a driven, upbeat, and reliable Bartender for seasonal, part-time, full-time positions. This role involves mixing and serving drinks, managing inventory, providing excellent guest service, and adhering to liquor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails and wine, and a positive attitude. The position offers flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and involves working in a fast-paced hospitality environment across various Bayside locations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of bartending experience (or equivalent training)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Knowledge of cocktails and basic wine varieties
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team mindset

Nice To Haves

• Alcohol Awareness Training preferred

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
• Stock and maintain bar inventory; assist with inventory control and cost awareness
• Provide friendly, attentive service and respond to guest needs
• Follow all state liquor laws and company procedures
• Process cash and credit transactions using a POS system
• Complete opening and closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and inventory
• Work catered events, banquets, and occasional meal service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
