About The Position

Marbled & Fin, located in downtown Charleston and operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group, is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Bartenders. The restaurant features sleek, modern interiors and a progressive, refined menu in a lively setting, redefining traditional steakhouse dining with an emphasis on exceptional service, guest connection, and memorable experiences.

Requirements

2+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining environment
Strong spirits, wine, and cocktail knowledge
Confident, engaging, and thrives in a guest-focused environment
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a polished presence
A collaborative teammate with a passion for creating memorable experiences

Responsibilities

Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests
Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails
Engage guests with confidence, offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
Handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
Represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times
