Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
- Proficient in mixology, with the ability to prepare a variety of classic and custom cocktails; knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, and alcohol types.
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cash-handling experience.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
- This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.
- Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
- Frequently required to use fingers and hands to operate equipment.
- Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly in friendly manner
- Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Prepares and stocks bar areas with all products including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, etc.
- Maintains stocks, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
- Distributes menus and presents the daily specials; answer questions regarding the menu
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in timely manner
- Check guests at bar for proper identification; adheres to Responsible Alcohol Service policy and alcohol service regulations.
- Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained.
- Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized.
- Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks in assigned area and preparation tasks.
- Prepares guests checks and collect payment; adhere to Levy Payment Integrity Policy.
- Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning duties, inventory management, and preparation tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned
