About The Position

Bartenders Servers at the Oliver Hospitality Management portfolio properties F&B outlets will deliver unparalleled guest service. This role involves crafting quality cocktails, serving other beverages, and engaging with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. The position requires a focus on performance, productivity, and teamwork throughout the shift, as well as effective communication with leadership and teammates when assistance is needed. Maintaining pour consistency, consistent drink handling skills, bartop maintenance, stocking, and a clean work area are also key aspects. Accurate product knowledge is essential.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the USA
• Ability to learn and understand all bar practices
