About The Position

The Bartender provides timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages for guests. The position may require independent judgment when handling routine matters without direct supervision. The Bartender works under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager or Lead Bartender.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Extensive knowledge of bartending.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic reading and math skills, including the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to communicate in and understand the predominant language(s) of guests.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Basic understanding of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must be able to work weekends.
