The bartender sets-up, services, and breaks-down the bar area ensuring a high level of quality, consistency and service. - Must be highly engaging and have great communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the social venues of the hotel.
- Set-up, service, and break-down the bar area ensuring a high level of quality, consistency and service.
- Set up bar including all liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware and supplies.
- Multi-task to serve food necessary.
