Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting
Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and mixology techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications in responsible alcohol service or mixology are a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards and recipes
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed and minimizing waste
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
