Proof of the Pudding, the food service provider for the Frisco Roughriders, is looking for Bartenders. In this role, you will be responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the bar, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to food safety standards and TABC Standards. We are offering competitive pay and on-the-job training at one of the most scenic venues in Frisco. This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by athletic events and special events

Requirements

• 2+ years of bartending experience
• Must be a team player and a phenomenal communicator.
• Must be experienced in preparing mixed drinks.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.
• TIPs must be certified (will accept similar accredited certifications).
• Must be extremely hardworking and organized.
• Must be exceedingly responsible and accountable.
• Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
• Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.
• TABC certified or is available to receive training.
• Live within or near Frisco, TX.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 40 lbs.
• Renowned time management and organizational skills.
• Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs.
• The ability to work alone and as a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/break down responsibilities.
• Sets bar up in a timely manner.
• Communicate well with bar back during event to assist them with replenishment during shift.
• Greeting all guests and give exceptional customer service.
• Attentive to guests’ needs throughout the entire event.
• Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.
• Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received.
• Performs other related duties as required.
