About The Position

Panorama on Seven is seeking a Bartender to join their team. This role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as light meals, to guests. The Bartender will ensure compliance with daily operational procedures, maintain food and beverage safety and quality, and handle guest-related issues. This position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and ensures communication with management and staff. The role also includes maintaining stock and cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.

Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
Ability to accurately compute basic mathematical calculations.

Nice To Haves

some college preferred.
ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

Take orders, prepare, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications.
Maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
