About The Position

Tune-Up is hiring a Bartender with 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume bar. The role involves making great money, having fun, and being part of an awesome team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a hospitality mindset, brings their A-game, thrives in teamwork, and spreads positivity. The position requires embracing and carrying out the company's passion to enhance neighborhoods by creating enjoyable guest experiences for people to gather, eat, and drink.

Requirements

• Craft cocktail experience is a must
• Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
• Great communication skills
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Must be proficient with POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Some college preferred

Responsibilities

• Keep a clean workspace
• Maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
