About The Position

The Wilkinson Firm is a premium hospitality and event staffing employer seeking a Bartender. This role involves running banquet bars, hosted bars, and cash bars at various events including hotels, galas, weddings, and corporate events. Responsibilities include setup, pouring drinks to specification, responsible service, and managing cash and close-outs. This position is part of a commitment to create 500 W-2 hospitality jobs in Atlanta.

Requirements

• 1 or more years bartending in a hotel, banquet, restaurant or high-volume setting
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes
• Professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)
• Responsible alcohol service certification current or obtainable before your first bar shift

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet and portable bars
• Pour to spec and keep the bar presentable through service
• Handle cash and card sales and reconcile counts
• Serve responsibly and refuse service when required
