About The Position
Sea Level Restaurant at Shade Hotel Redondo Beach is seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join their team. Located at King Harbor Marina, the restaurant offers a vibrant coastal dining experience with fresh California fare, a wide selection of beers, a top-tier wine list, and creative craft cocktails. Requirements
- At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced upscale or fine dining environment
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A guest-first mindset and a love for making people feel welcome
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
Responsibilities
- Craft and serve food and drinks with confidence and care
- Build rapport with guests and elevate their dining experience
- Handle allergies, dietary needs, and special requests with precision
- Keep the bar and dining areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and attitude
