About The Position
Provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.
Requirements
- Ability to take beverage orders from guests and servers.
- Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the facilities standard drink recipes.
- Ability to learn the names and personally recognize regulars.
- Ability to record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system.
- Ability to accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable).
- Ability to wash and sterilize glassware.
- Ability to prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks, appetizers for bar patrons.
- Ability to maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
- Ability to clear and reset tables in bar area.
- Ability to present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
- Ability to receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
- Ability to report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the manager.
- Ability to assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
- Ability to be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the facility as directed by the Bar manager or immediate supervisor.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and always SMILE.
Responsibilities
