About The Position
This is a part-time Bartender position at Green Mill in Willmar, MN. The role involves working a couple of weeknight shifts (4-10:30pm/11pm), some weekends (10am-4pm), and potential for banquet bartending. The pay is $11.41+ tips. TPI Hospitality, the hiring company, is a nationally recognized company with over 50 years of experience, owning and operating over 25+ hotels and restaurants in Minnesota and Florida. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Make drink recommendations and provide guidance on beverage options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
