Riverside Grille is a brand-new restaurant opening in downtown Beaumont in the historic Crockett Street Entertainment district. The founders of Riverside Grille have 60+ years of experience in the restaurant industry and their restaurants are renowned for excellent food and superior service. We are a family owned and operated company and are 100% locally owned. The Riverside Grille will offer a gorgeous ambience unlike anything in Beaumont today. The open kitchen will be state of the art, giving our guests a complete view of our incredible chefs executing our superior standards of excellence. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience bartending and is familiar with bartending terminology. Requirements

Previous experience bartending is required (1 year minimum).
Familiarity with bartending terminology.
Responsible and dedicated to customer service.
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Ability to create a relaxing atmosphere for customers.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

Mix cocktails and other drinks accurately.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of drink recipes.
Possess knowledge of liquors, liqueurs, and other ingredients commonly used in the preparation of beverages.
Assist the wait staff by preparing and serving drinks to tables.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Follow and enforce all TABC regulations, including verifying age requirements.
