About The Position

Proof of the Pudding, the premier food service provider for Food & Beverage at Auburn University’s Jordan-Hare Stadium, is seeking experienced Bartenders to join their team. This role is part of the front-of-house team, serving hospitality and club suites during football gamedays and other sporting events. This is seasonal/part-time work, with hours dictated by athletic event schedules.

Requirements

2+ years of bartending experience
Must be a team player and a phenomenal communicator.
Must be experienced in preparing mixed drinks.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Must be TIPs certified (will accept similar accredited certifications).
Must be extremely hardworking and organized.
Must be exceedingly responsible and accountable.
Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 40 lbs.
Renowned time management and organization skills.
Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs.
The ability to work alone and as a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community, and the Proof of the Pudding team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/break down responsibilities.
Sets bar up in a timely manner.
Communicates well with bar back during event to assist them with replenishment during shift.
Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service.
Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event.
Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.
Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received.
Performs other related duties as required.
