Baltaire is seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join their team. This role involves serving guests with high-quality cocktails in a fine dining steak and seafood restaurant. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive and professional environment, focusing on quality, consistency, and integrity. The restaurant offers a sophisticated atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor dining spaces, suitable for various events.

Requirements

Strong liquor, cocktail and wine knowledge.
High understanding of fine-dining service.
Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift.
Ability to keep up with business needs within the restaurant.
Team Player.
Positive attitude.
Detail-oriented.
Must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events and holidays.
Minimum of 3 year experience as a bartender in a fine dining environment.
High volume bar is also ideal.
Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Handle high volume at the bar while maintaining the highest level of service and quality cocktails.
Support the service team to ensure guest needs/requirements are met in a timely manner.
Walk with graceful efficiency through the bar & dining room to assist with service demands.
Be on your feet for an entire shift.
Keep up with business needs within the restaurant.
