About The Position

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol service regulations and company policies. This position plays a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering outstanding hospitality and exceptional beverage service.

Requirements

Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certifications (or ability to obtain) may be required.

Nice To Haves

Previous bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests.
Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar, service areas, and equipment.
Accurately process guest orders and handle cash, credit card, and point-of-sale transactions.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking, replenishing supplies, and notifying management of shortages.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and beverage control procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
Set up and break down the bar area before and after service.
Assist with special events and resort activities as needed.
