About The Position

Desert Mountain Club is seeking a Seasonal/Part-time Bartender to join their Food & Beverage team. This role focuses on delivering a memorable guest experience through exceptional customer service, maintaining knowledge of menu items, alcoholic beverages, mixology, and pairings, and executing service from greeting to check presentation in a team setting. The ideal candidate is approachable, outgoing, has a great attitude, and a passion for exceptional experiences. Prior bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with solid knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine is required. High-end club or resort experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet members and guests.
Learn and remember regulars by name, preference and needs.
Create, prepare and serve drinks to members and guests at the bar and in the restaurant.
Maintain a high-level dining experience with the mindset that we’re a family serving family.
Utilize name recognition and personalized service in order to maintain raving fans.
Communicate and answer questions regarding restaurant and club events, mountain wide in a professional and courteous manner.
Direct feedback, questions, and comments to appropriate manager or department.
Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations.
