Requirements
- Experience as a Bartender

- Experience in an upscale lounge setting
- Ability to provide guidance to an Apprentice Bartender
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the bar ranging from preparation to service.
- Ensures that supplies and stock are at sufficient levels to accommodate business demands during their shift.
- Provides guidance to the Apprentice Bartender as well as mixing and serving drinks to customers during their shift.
- Accounts for all stock and supplies used.
