Requirements

• Keen understanding of guests' service needs and ability to anticipate and fulfill requests promptly and accurately.
• Well-organized, attentive to detail, and able to maintain concentration in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordination to prepare and serve orders quickly with minimal supervision.
• Collaboration and teamwork.
• Effective written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical calculations.
• Cash handling experience.
• Positive, friendly, and hospitable attitude toward guests and fellow staff members.
• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service.
• Good judgment in identifying potentially intoxicated or underage guests.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and skillfully prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with enthusiasm and efficiency.
• Ensure that each guest receives their orders promptly and courteously, following established service standards and specifications.
• Maintain stock and supplies.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the bar, bar equipment, and overall workspace.
