About The Position

Our bartenders also serve, so the ability to handle a busy six table section by properly executing all timing, service detail, table maintenance, and sales practices and standards is expected. You must have a good foundation of food, wine and spirit knowledge in order to represent our passionate selections and offerings for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience in the food industry or food handling
- Sales skills for promoting specials and upselling
- Good foundation of food, wine and spirit knowledge
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following our house recipes
- Interact with guests, create a rapport with regulars, provide recommendations, operate as a team player
- Handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service
- Handle a busy six table section by properly executing all timing, service detail, table maintenance, and sales practices and standards
