About The Position
The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) staffs premium event and hotel bars across Northeast Florida. We need professional Bartenders who can make a clean cocktail at speed, manage a busy banquet bar, and represent our Gold Shield certification standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of bartending experience in events, hotels, restaurants, or banquets
- FL alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Black-and-white uniform compliant attire (we will detail this on hire)
- Reliable transportation to events
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- E-Verify, I-9, background check eligible
- 21+ years old (FL requirement)
Responsibilities
- Set up the bar before service - product, glassware, garnishes, ice
- Pour beer, wine, cocktails, and bar service per event tier
- Manage ticketed and open bar formats
- Handle cash and card transactions if applicable
- Coordinate with bar back, captain, and event lead
- Break down the bar at end of service
