About The Position

Krueger’s Tavern, a neighborhood restaurant and bar serving approachable comfort food and hand-crafted cocktails, is seeking experienced bartenders. Bartenders are responsible for the overall guest experience in accordance with Thunderdome Restaurant Group’s quality and service standards. The role is suited to someone passionate about the work and driven to grow alongside the restaurant group.

The position requires continuous movement and regularly involves bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. It also requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Requirements

• Experienced bartender.
• Ability to regularly bend, lift, push, pull, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Know the food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Mix and serve drinks according to Thunderdome’s standard recipes.
• Follow proper alcohol-handling practices and maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of beverage items.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative team environment.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service.
